Arrival: Saturday by 8:00am as we need to line up teams. We walk the field at 8:30am sharp and will not hold the ceremony for late arrivals.

Timing: The ceremony begins at 8:30am sharp and is expected to last approximately an hour and a half max.( likely much less)

Location: Manchester North Fields 975 Beech St, Manchester, NH 03104. We will be lining up on the MINORS field.

Check in: See Tiffany on the MINORS field to check in and be united with your team. 

Absence: IF A COACH WILL NOT BE ATTENDING PLEASE NOTIFY TIFFANY AT [email protected] AS WE WILL BE ANNOUNCING TEAMS AND COACHING STAFF  AND WILL NEED TO ALTER THE LINEUP. SUBMISSIONS DUE BY WEDNESDAY AT NOON- NO EXCEPTIONS. IF A HEAD COACH CAN'T MAKE IT BUT AN ASSISTANT CAN, THAT IS OK, WE JUST NEED TO KNOW. 

Volunteer Needs

We are looking for 1-2 more helpers to assist with parking directing for opening night- Arrival for 7:45am.

We need an announcer to Emcee our program ( does not require background check clearance)

We need 4 helpers to assist with staging teams lined up for the ceremony ( requires background check clearance)
