All accidents, injuries, and close calls, regardless of how minor, will be reported by any Volunteer witnessing the incident to the League Safety Officer within 24-48 hours so that a report can be filed.

Incident/Injury Tracking Reports will be used by the Board to consider changes to policy and facility improvements to provide a safe and positive playing environment for the participants of North Manchester-Hooksett Little League.
